Combining both ozoning and filtration, our industrial compact units are ideal for operation in full recycling. The demand-dependent controller guarantees water treatment adapted to the operational requirements with minimal loss.
Features

- The added washing agents are retained in curculation as far as possible.

The following is an example showing the functional principle of a system for wash water treatment.
The water for the recycling operation is removed from the stacking basin after the separator chain (silt trap and oil separator). The initial-compression pump feeds the water to the filter pump of the HYDROZON® compact unit. Inside the unit, the water is treated with ozone in a high-power venturi / injector combination. The ozone treatment removes germs from the water. In addition, dissolved impurities in the water are chemically oxidized. Ozone also supports microflocculation, which is also supported by the following filtration.
Excess ozone is reduced to oxygen via the vent valve and the ozone degassing device.
After ozonization, the water passes through the filter, where the separation of undissolved impurities in the water occurs.
The virtually germ-free, oxygen-rich, purified water which passes through the filter is temporarily held in the pure water tank. When the pure water tank is full, the water runs over the overflow and back to the beginning of the separator chain.
